Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Personal Shopper to join our team. As a Personal Shopper, you will be responsible for curating a personalized shopping experience for our clients, ensuring their needs and preferences are met with excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation:
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their preferences, style, and specific requirements.
- Build strong client relationships to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Personalized Shopping:
- Utilize your fashion and product knowledge to select clothing, accessories, and other items based on client profiles.
- Keep abreast of current fashion trends, product releases, and market offerings.

Order Management:
- Place and manage orders for clients, ensuring timely delivery and accurate fulfillment.
- Handle returns or exchanges efficiently, providing excellent customer service.

Communication:
- Maintain clear and prompt communication with clients, updating them on the status of their orders and any relevant information.
- Collaborate with clients to refine their preferences and adjust shopping selections accordingly.

Budget Management:
- Work within specified budgets provided by clients.
- Provide cost breakdowns and alternatives when necessary.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Personal Shopper or similar role.
Strong knowledge of fashion trends, brands, and market offerings.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for style and aesthetics.
Proficient in utilizing online shopping platforms.
